Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.If you receive the wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for exchange.Exchange is subject to product availability.
